Republican Candidate Neal Dunn for Florida Congressional District 2 today announced that the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has rated him as an “AQ” candidate, which is the highest rating possible for a non-incumbent.
“As a staunch supporter and defender of the Second Amendment and the Right to Bear Arms, I am proud to have been endorsed by, and received an ‘AQ’ rating from, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund,” said Dr. Dunn. “Our Second Amendment is one the most fundamental aspects in our Constitution. If elected, I will fight for, and protect, this right in Congress, while defending our Constitution.”
According to the NRA-PVF, an AQ candidate is a pro-gun candidate whose rating is based solely on the candidate's responses to the NRA-PVF Candidate Questionnaire and who does not have a voting record on Second Amendment issues. An “AQ” rating is the highest rating possible for a non-incumbent.
